This guide is published for readers in the United Kingdom. We do not run a clinic and we do not take medical records.

Email you send us

The planning checklist form asks for an email address and an optional first name. We use that address only to send the checklist. The contact form asks for an email, an optional name, a topic, and a message, and sends that note to the editorial inbox. We do not sell either address.

A notice at the bottom of the page asks you to accept or reject cookies. That choice stays in this browser so the notice stays closed. It is not sent to us. Analytics cookies are not set. See the cookie policy.

What the server records

The host may keep ordinary server logs (address, time, the page requested) for security. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile. A form may also leave a short-lived rate-limit note: a hash of the connection address, kept for about an hour, then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about an email address, and you can ask us to delete it, by writing to info@tummytuckistanbul.co.uk. If you are unhappy with the reply, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
