What this desk can answer
Write if a page is unclear, a cited figure looks wrong, a source link is broken, or a heading does not match the text under it. Name the address of the page. If you are reporting a correction, quote the sentence and say what you think it should say. We read the editorial inbox. A reply, when one is sent, is about the page, not about your own care.
We cannot tell you whether you should have surgery, whether the NHS will fund you, or whether a quote you have been given is fair. We cannot look at a photograph of a wound, interpret a scan, or name a medicine. If you feel unwell, contact your GP or NHS 111, or call 999. That is not something to put in this form and wait.
